Hi,
You can enable this feature via Customize > Single Posts > Infinite Scroll Load More.
After that, go to a single post page > scroll down and you can see the previous or next posts ( based on your settings ) will load after the end of the current viewing posts.
This feature can help your readers can be read other posts from your site, reduce the bounce rate on the pages and help you increase your page SEO.
