Hi,
You should check the Elementor Pro header elements. If you build the header and set it to display with Display Condition, the Elementor will overwrite the default WordPress header.
Please go to Elementor templates, choose the header you created, go to the “conditions” of that header, and set it to “exclude entire site” or delete the header template altogether if you do no longer need it.
