Hi,

Yes. Please go to Appearance → Customize → Custom CSS then add the following custom CSS code:

.penci-vernav-toggle {
    background-color: var(--pcaccent-cl);
}
.penci-vernav-toggle i {
    top: 17px;
    left: 17px;
}
