1. The page title display in the breadcrumb is similar to the main page title,
2. You only can change the page title on the post editor screen, not available on the customize settings.

Thank you. I try a lot, I can't find the option to edit the page title and Breadcrumbs in the customize settings and make it effect, either from the menu submenu, or the page submenu. This bothers me a lot.

If you want to change the page title, please exit the Elementor screen by clicking the hamburger menu on the top left, click Exit to Dashboard, then change the page title like other WordPress pages.
And when you use Elementor to config any page - please select "Template" for that page is "Page Full Width" - we've said clearly about this in the documentation.
