1/ You can do that by go to Dashboard > Settings > Reading > on "Site Language" > select your language.
After that, go to Appearance > Customize > and translate all the text there to your language. It's simple
2/ Yes, you can. You can config it and use the widget or shortcodes from that plugin inside your page/widget.

Hello first of all,
I am using the theme to edit a Turkish news site. When preparing the appearance of the site. I couldn't find anything to translate buttons like "view all" "read more" "previous/next page" "search" into Turkish language. Also, can I put an external weather widget purchased from envato market in the theme? I would be very happy if you could help me in these matters.
