You can change it via Customize > Quick Text Translation with use pencilang shortcode like we said here
With your case, you can use this shortcode:

I have set up a Mega Menu on my site and everything works great. My site is in french and english and heres is the problem:
When i want to add sub categories in my Mega Menu, it also displays "all" in the bottom of the list, which is a great feature but i want it to say all in french :)
How can i change that?
