Yes. You can change the color for each Category box by using the Elementor Page Builder plugin. Add the Featured category then change the heading color at Block Heading Settings:

Is it possible to have custom colors for individual home title boxes based on categories? I can change the overall color for the home title boxes, but would like to change the color for the title boxes of individual categories to color code them.
