About your issue, please clear the site cache & mobile browser cache then check again.
I've checked your site on my device, the text is white on mobile.

While editing my site, I used a slider for "teknoloji" category on the main page. I made the post meta color white so it can be read. When I check this from the web site editting page it is white on mobile, the color appears as white, but when I access the site from my mobile phone, the post meta color appears black.
