Hello PenciDesign, I am trying to submit a new ticket but I am getting an error message asking to Enter the purchase code noting that I verified my envato account, can you help please.

Hi,
1/ Please make sure you updated the theme to the latest version 8.0.2 and try it again.
To update the theme - please check this guide
After updating the theme, clear all the cache and check it again. If the issues still appear, please send us your admin URL and admin account ( username and password ) - and we will have a look at this to help you.
2/ I see it works fine, what's the settings you've mentioned it doesn't work?

I also have these settings selected and have cleared cache but not seeing any of those updates.
