Hi,

We didn't see a problem like that when testing our theme on the testing site. So, it seems you have a plugin that caused this problem or you're using a very outdated version of PHP.

So, please try:

1/ Check the PHP version you're using. Make sure you're using PHP version from 7.2 - WordPress has been drop support for PHP versions lower than 7.2 a long time ago. We recommend you use PHP version 7.4+

You can contact your hosting provider and ask them about this.

2/ If you're using PHP version 7.4+ already. Please try to deactivate all plugins ( except plugins that come from the theme ) and try it again. If it works, let's enable each plugin to check what plugin caused this issue.
