Hi,
If so, please go to Dashboard > select "English" > and go to Appearance > Menus > and edit your English menu > click on menu items you want to set the category mega menu > and make sure you've set the item to display category mega menu.

You can add it via Customize > Logo & Header > General > Add Custom Code Inside <head> Tag.

I wanted to change the color of the google search bar when they enter my site in the mobile version and I insert this code <meta name="theme-color" content="#a4e235" /> But it doesn't work where should it be inserted to make it work?
