Hi,
The problem because the WooCommerce Bundle Plugin has modified some HTML form of the single product, so the swatch button doesn't work.
I've fixed this issue by adding a small code to the inc/woocommerce/assets/js/penci-woocommerce.js file.
PENCI.swatches('.entry-summary .cart.bundled_item_cart_content');

I installed Woocommerce Product Bundles. When I've selected a product in the backend at related products->Bundle Sells, the product.bundle option is visible at the frontend. But when I select this product at the frontend with the checkbox and add the product to cart. The bundled product is not added to the cart, only the main product.
I tried with the default twenty-twenty-one Wordpress theme and everything is working fine.
