Hi,
Your site has some issues with the WP-JSON, so the new Widget UI can't load properly. Please install the Classic Widgets plugin then try to load the Widgets page again.

On my Soledad sites with widgets in sidebars, the widgets can't be found on the dashboard. the widgets appear on the pages, but I'm unable to access them to edit them. I have this problem with Gutenberg and classic editor. The widgets page is blank. See attached.
