Hi,

I've helped you revoke the license code. Please try to activate it on the new domain.

In the future, if you want to move your license to another domain, please go to your dashboard → Soledad: click the Revoke License button.

Thanks for the suggestion. My hosting told that they could not see I purchased the license on my old site. Could you please help to activate on my new site?

Hi,

If you want to move your license to another domain, please go to your dashboard → Soledad: click the Revoke License button, then you can register it on the new domain.

I changed the domain name in the same hosting because of some reasons, but the theme had been activated by old domain. May I transfer it to my new domain?
