Hi,
1. There is no option to change the font family & line height for a single post only. You can change it for the entire site by going to Customize → General → Typography,
2. About the single post color, you can change it at Customize → Single Posts → Colors.

I mentioned font-color, line-height, font-family etc. also. I know I can change the font size there, but I want to change font-color, line-height, font-family also for the single post page. Can you please help me about this?

Please go to Appearance → Customize → Single Posts → Font Size: you can change all the font size list on your screenshot on this panel.

First of all I would like to thank you for all your support, really I mean it. Currently we're facing some font related issues for our single post page. I'm attaching a screenshot where I've marked all the section which we want to change the font-size, font-color, line-height, font-family etc.
