1. If you want to add this code for the page only, please go to Appearance → Customize → Page Options, put your code at Google Adsense Code to Display Before Content Page for Default Template. This field can execute HTML/JS on your page.
2. Yes. The code you've added in the Logo and Header option will apply to the entire site.

You can add the custom code by going to Appearance → Customize → Logo and Header Options: paste the JS particles to Add Custom Code Inside <head> tag.

i mean directly whitout plugin or theme features
for example i add it to hook content and set it to specific page with other website i own.
