First, we're in a different timezone, so the reply for the tickets can be delayed. We also need support from other customers and the tickets will be answered in stack order, so waiting for a reply from us is needed. No need to comment and ask us something like "how long I need to wait" because we will answer all tickets every day. Your tickets will be answered within 24 hours, normally you can get answers after some hours ( based on your questions is complex or not ).

About your problem, when you use Elementor to edit any page, please select the Template for that page as "Page Full Width" -check this image:

I did it and the problem is solved. We've said about this in the documentation for Soledad theme.
