Following your request, you can install & use the Visual Portfolio plugin here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/visual-portfolio/

This plugin will help you create a portfolio and put a custom link to each item.

Portfolio can be created based on external pages?

that is, create a Collection of external Pages with Link. or with the Blocks?
