2. Please read the document correctly here: https://soledad.pencidesign.net/soledad-document/#speed-optimization. You've missed the most important step is to create a critical CSS.

3. We're currently developing a new PageSpeed Optimizer tool and will release it soon. So if you can't create a critical CSS, you should wait for a new theme update with this feature.
