Hi,
We're developing a new optimised speed module, we will try to release it this week. And it's more simple and doesn't need to use critical CSS tool anymore. Just check some settings and it will work normally.
So, I think you can wait for this new update and enjoy a new optimize speed tool
And you can use CDN or anything as you want.
