Hi,
Two social media above social media on the footer is your widgets.
Please go to Appearance > Widgets > and check all your Social Media widget there ( in "Footer Signup Form", "Footer Instagram" and "Footer Columns" ) - when edit that widgets, check/uncheck to social media you want to display/hide.

Using mobile view there are three social media links at the footer.
please refer to attach image. There should be only one group of icons.
The view is different then desktop view where only one group of social media icons displayed. Please advise. Thanks.
P.s I don't know if there is also issue with amp view or not, I will have to check.
