Please go to Appearance → Install Plugins: make sure you've installed & activate the latest version of Penci Shortcode & Performance Plugin, then try to reload the Customize page.

Since the last update 8.0.7, my Soldedad theme doesn't work very well. I can't access the costume maker function anymore. I have an error message that appears in the attached picture.
My second theme that I bought recently is working fine because I did not update to the new version.
Could you help me to correct this?
