Maybe you did exclude this category via Customize > Featured Slider Options > and check to "Exclude All Posts In Featured Category In Latest Posts on Homepage"
Please check it again.

Hello,
everytime I post a blogpost in the diy category on my blog, it doesn't appear on my frontpage.
I know I can exclude specific categorys via the customizer, but I didn't mentioned THIS category.
Further, the blogpost isn't marked as diy category AND some of the categories I excluded, so the blogpost is not marked in multiple categories.
Do you have any idea to fix that problem?
