Hi,
The page you've mentioned is built with the Elementor plugin. Please follow these steps:
- Create a page then edit with the Elementor,
- Insert the Penci Fancy Heading on the top of the page,
- Return to the WordPress editor screen, scroll down to the Pages Options → Header, select Yes at Enable Header Transparent option field.
