Hi,

Please make sure you've used the latest version of Soledad and installed all required plugins that come with this theme by going to Appearance → Install Plugins then checking again.

If the problem still persists, please send me your site URL and WordPress admin account in a PRIVATE reply. I'll check and help you.

Penciblocks is not available in my backend... it has not been added automatically. I also cannot see any plugin in that name to download it. I need to add megamenu
