Hi,
You can install plugin Customizer Export/Import to do that.
After installed this plugin, go to Customize > Export/Import > and export your settings data.
And after you activated child theme, go to Customize > Export/Import > and import the setting data file you got above.

Today i've realised looking at my website that i've lost everything i did before ( i didn't make any update of anything !) so i add te re-create everything one by one. So i decided to uplaod the Child theme on my filezilla.
My question is how can i copy and past everything i did before on this child theme , so i won't loose everything again ? thank you
