H1, H2 and other headings

There is not enough space above and below H1 and H2 titles and surrounding paragraph text. I tried adding <b/> in text editor it doesnt work properly.
Also, the presentation of the post page is appalling,
Is there away to control the presentation like make better titles.
I have a page with H2, H3 and H4 title and around 1500 words I couldn't post the article it looked terrible, Please advise. Does the theme come with prefixed proper spacing for the titles and surrounding paragraph text. It doesnt look right.
It wouldn't be practical to do this for every post manual setting to fix spacing. What I'm missing here. Thanks
