About this issue, you need to contact your hosting/server supporter to get an efficient solution. I can't debug or modify anything on your server so this is really hard to help you fix this issue.

Unfortunately, it didn't work for me, I'm not on cloudways and I don't have a way to disable the Varnish cache. But let me add a few more info: from the log file, what I have is the following:
[error] [host www.ilcasciavait.it] AH00687: Negotiation: discovered file(s) matching request: /homez.1597/ilcasci/www/index.html (None could be negotiated)., referer: https://www.ilcasciavait.it/wp-admin/customize.php
So, I'm not sure it's related to Varnish server.
Could you please help me with that?

Hi,
recently I'm getting an error when I try to use the visual editor to customise the style of my website. I'm using Soledad 8.0.8, PHP 8.1.0 and when I try to Customize the Style from the Soledad menu I got the following error, from the apache log:

In the attachment, I got a 503 as you can see in the image. I made a small search and people were saying to disable the Multiviews option in Apache. I tried to do that with no luck.
Could you please help me? Thank you
