Hello, the option you provide me does not make any changes to the text.

Hi,

You can change this font size at Appearance → Customize → Single Posts → Font Size: Font Size Text Inside Post Content.

Hi, I haven't been able to identify the option where individual body text size can be changed, I can't see the specific option for this.

Please go to Appearance → Customize → Single Posts → Font Size: you can change the font size for all single posts here.
