If you want to add under the latest news or categories, you need to build your homepage with the Elementor/WPBakery plugin.

Hi,
You can add the shortcode in Appearance → Customize → Featured Slider → General: Add Google Adsense/Custom HTML Code Below Featured Slider. The video playlist will display under the Featured Slider.

Hi,
You can create the Video Playlist with the Penci Blocks, then insert it to the homepage via the shortcode.

If you want to embed this video block, you must use Elementor or WPBakery Page Builder then insert the Penci Video Playlist element.
