Hi,
You can select the post container width at the Options for This Post/Page → Sidebar Layout for this post? → No Sidebar.
There is no full width with a full screen for the single post. We'll consider adding the single post-builder feature in the future update.

How could I create a Post with full screen? that is, without a lateral column. - It will be the configuration within the post "Sidebar Layout for this post? (not sidebar) ???
