We followed your guide about site speed optimization and everything works great!
We got only a small issue: when we share our posts on Facebook it seems there's no way to load the cover image preview properly.
It seems to link the site's header logo (image attached)

About the SG Optimizer plugin, you should enable all the cache features, exclude the image lazyload option.

We use SG Optimizer (suggested by SiteGround itself)
