This plugin doesn't an option to disable the AMP CSS inserter. In this case, you should contact this plugin author to get an efficient solution.

Recently Google says that all my AMP pages are invalid because of the author stylesheet specified in tag 'style amp-custom' is too long. But I checked and I use NO custom CSS in AMP.
