About this case, please delete the Penci Shortcode & Performance plugin then re-install it again by going to Appearance → Customize → Install Plugins.

We've got the strangest problem. Logged in everything looks normal but logged out it looks different. We've tried with cache disabled but the problem persists. Images are missing and a row of 4 breaks up in a row of two.
i have attached two images.... the correct one is the one logged in
