To solve it, you need to use with a CDN like I said on my previous comment
But, I think it's not need for a personal website
This is issues from the server, doesn't related with our theme.

thank you for information, based on your advice we made the update and did the steps in the link. The website is much faster as you can see on phe attached files. Still we have some troubles with Parallelize downloads across hostnames as you can see on the pictures, how we can fix it?

If you want to get more speed on pingdom, you need to use with CDN ( CDNSun, MaxCD ... - Pick one and use them ) Because your site speed depend 50% by your server.

we tried as we could but we don´t know how to fix it. So we paid extra 6 monts of support. We have problem with speed of our website www.bloggersre.com We did Pingdom tests and in attached filles you can se resoults. Please could you provide us what exactly we need to fix a more importantly how exactly to fix it.
