Hi,
1. The menu of the template is based on your header settings, your site is using style-5 but the General Shop demo uses style 3,
2. After importing the demo, you need to edit/modify all the links on the template on Elementor to your site link, then assign this page as the homepage by going to Settings → Reading → Your homepage displays,
