If not possible to just remove step 1, can I remove all the shipping info box info in cart? I just checked that If I don't gfill the info there, in the checkout i land direct on step 2. In this way google pay should work anyway. Can you please just tell me where to customize /deactivate this column? 

Hello guys, I wanted to understand if possible to remove some info from the shipping column in cart page. 
In the images there is step 1 and step 2. I want to remove step 1 since my shipping rates will be the same across UAE. Plus, by clicking on "calculate shipping" it is really a fake calculation :D.

I just want users to end up on step 2. Also Google Pay doesn't include the shipping if the user didn't land on step 2 first.
