Hi,
To do that, please do following steps:
1/ Install & activate plugin Customize Reset
After installed this plugin, go to Customize > click button "Reset" at the top left to reset all customizer data.
2/ Import customizer data for book demo again, please do ONLY way 2: Import Only customizer data in this guide

Hello,
How to change already installed demo elements? I installed "simple blog" elements. But now I would to try "book" elements. I installed "book", but I see some elements left from "simple blog" (grey background on the widget titles, box shape is slightly different). How to clear (revise) installed demo elements?
Where the parameters of demo elements are saved?
