Hi @alendra11,

Please go to dashboard → Soledad → Connect Instagram: you can't delete the current access token, but you can click the link on this screen to connect to another account.

Hello !! I connected with my Instagram account to test. okay. 
Now I need to delete that access to put the client's. 
How do I do it?

It’s okay now! I deactivated the smashballoon instagram feed plugin and Soledad Instagram feed is working now. thank you very much for your support

Sorry I’m in as administrator as usual but I can’t find Connect Instagram Page. In Dashboard - Soledad as you suggested I only see Social Counter page

Hi,

You need to log in as an administrator to access the Connect Instagram page. You only need to connect your account, Soledad will automatically get all the required information to display the image feed on your site.

After connecting successfully, you need to delete all the current widgets then re-add them again.

Hi thank you for the reply.

okay now Soledad is updated on its latest version. In sidebar Instagram Feed is now activated. I need Instagram Footer now with carousel layout. via Instagram Feed carousel layout is a pro option. Via Soledad Instagram Feed I can’t get access token. I click “ please connect to your Instagram account on this page first” but it seems I have no permission.

Last thing: in Soledad - social counter I entered my Instagram username.

Is there anything else to do?

Soledad Instagram Feed is always free. Please update Soledad to the latest version, the go o the dashboard → Soledad → Connect Instagram: connect your Instagram account here.

Isn’t Soledad Instagram Feed free? If I try to get access token via http://pencidesign.com/penci_instagram as suggested I’m redirected to Smash Balloon and payment is required. I tryed to get access token via Meta for Developers but I don’t know URL to put in Basic Display.

I need help to get access token and activate the widget in sidebar and footer
