Hi,

Because by default, the tag title for single product will follow the product title. This is default from Wordpress.

Hello... i wonder why editing a tab description title requires us to install a SEO plugin?

You can install plugin Yoast SEO

After installed this plugin, go to edit this product, scroll down and you can see option to change it - check this image
