Where to activate the horizontal separator below the "SUBSCRIBE" button (see attachment).

I added a separator below the mailchimp but couldn't make it to stretch it altough the row setting was set to.

I also tried to put this in the CSS but it didn't do the trick either.

.site-footer {
    border-top: 1px solid #ececec;
}

Ok, figured it out. It's a 1px bottom border of the specific row. Wow, this stuff is tricky :)
