I was aiming to do different reviews on one page, like a list of restaurants, each with a rating.

Hi,
Please follow these steps:
1. Go to dashboard → Appearance → Install Plugins → check & install the Penci Pennew Review plugin,
2. Navigate to the post editor screen, scroll down to the Add review for this post settings section, fill out all the required information then copy the shortcode paste in the editor.
