Hi,
1. You can change the color of the menu at Appearance → Customize → Logo & Header → Colors,
2. About the categories color, you can change it at Posts Layouts → Colors.

I have problems with the costumizer, i can't seem to change the color of the demo clean eating. The pink color for the category above the post and in the menu can't be changed, also i see the features are all over my page and even in my menu when i browse it with another device what isn't connected to my wordpress i can see those features in my menu.
