I've tried renaming the plugin folder and deactivating the plugins but still no luck.
Not sure what could be causing it?

Hi,
Have you try deactivate all plugins and try it again? Seem you have a plugin caused this issue. After it work, let's enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.

Whenever a page is loaded on the site it briefly loads an overlay on the left, which then sweeps off the screen. How can I stop this from happening?
I can't find any options that would change this and I've tried updating the theme but this has not been successful. Thank you.
