Hi,
Please go to Appearance → Customize → General: change the image style you want to display at the Featured Images Type option.

Hi,
I was wondering if you can tell me how I can change the size of the images in Related Posts. In the attachment, I want to change image A so that it looks like image B. I have looked through the documentation and looked online but can't find instructions on how to change the image size.
Please let me know - thank you so much for your help with this.
