The problem because you've removed all default Soledad post format content by Elementor Theme Builder. I've disabled the theme builder for a single post, now your post display properly.

When using WYSIWYG field, several pieces of formatting are lost in the front-end display, particularly bullet points, line height and line spacing.
Please advise on how we can have our posts appearing as they should.
I have tested our posts using other themes and they appear as they should.
I have attached screenshots of the front and back ends.
