I already got an email from you. I contacted through envanto because i couldnt open ticket here (it requierd the purchase code but i the was no section to insert it in the form of the ticket)
I gave the access codes as i was asked and i am waiting.

I am having the same probleme and using the outdated version didnt fix the problem.
Plus, i cant send ticket here to atteach the licence and the frame, so i post it here, hoping that someone may help

You're currently using the outdated version of PenNews. Please make sure you've updated to the latest version by following this document then trying to activate it again.
How to manually update the theme to the latest version?
