First, you should understand what is the shortcode by reading the document here: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-add-a-shortcode-in-wordpress/
Next, the shortcode comes from the WordPress and plugins you've installed. For example, the plugin WordPress shortcode here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/shortcodes-ultimate/
