Hi,
As I've said in the previous comment, this is not a problem with our importer plugin. The problem because your server has limited a system resource so the import progress can't be working correctly.
I've always viewed the error like the screenshot below when trying to import the demo content for your site:

My service is up to date and I am able to download other themes and make them work.
You should be able to escalate the ticket to someone else who can look into this further.

The problem because your hosting has limited the PHP timeout and memory, so the import progress can't be work properly.

Hi,
Please make sure you've installed all required plugins before importing the demo data.
For example: if you want to import the shop demo, you need to install the WooCommerce plugin first, then import the demo later.
