Hi,
1. All the colors working properly, please publish your change, clear the cache then view it on the live post URL,

Hi,
1. The table of content only display if your post content has more than x heading. If you select h1 only, your post content only 1 heading & the table of content will not display,
2. About the color issue, please set the account you've set can access your site dashboard. I need to check your settings on the Customize settings.

solved with regard to the table of contents? when I want to change the colors does not update anything and I would like to show only H1 titles but does set only from 'h2 onwards

Hi @jay1018,
You can set the position of the table of content on Appearance → Customize → Table of content, then insert it on an individual post via the Posts Options under the post editor screen.

I found a bug in the mobile as soon as I open the site and the menu to hamburger I get the wrong window and as soon as I close it the right one modified

I have two problems here it does not make me select title h1 but only from h2 onwards so the titles that I would like to show are only H1
the second one instead when I go to modify the colors the change is not updated so you change the color and nothing changes
